So what is this?
The report is based on BG5, the business application of Human Design. Your date, time and place of birth produce a calculation, which the report translates into how you work: where your energy comes from, how you decide and what you need from others.
Think of it as a practical tool alongside DISC or MBTI. Here too, you see a limited number of types at first glance. But the combination of many factors makes your profile unique and personal: over 1.5 million different work profiles are possible, so you will almost never find an identical one. Just like in real life.
Everything is in plain working language. You need no prior knowledge.

What happens to your details
- Your birth details go straight into the calculation engine and are then deleted. We do not store them: not in a database, not in a log file, nowhere.
- The payment service receives no birth details, only the amount, the type of report and an order number.
- We keep the report encrypted for thirty days, so you can download it again. After that it is gone.
- No trackers and no third-party cookies. Everything runs on European servers operated by a European company.
Before you start
Where does it come from?
Your birth details produce a profile, calculated with astronomical software: the positions of the sun, the moon and the planets at the moment you were born determine which of the 64 traits are active in you. That is why the report asks for date, time and place. It then translates that profile into how you work. BG5 is the business application of Human Design.
My work profile is largely white. Is that bad?
No. A white, or open, function means you have no fixed way of your own there. It can be a pitfall, because you are flexible in that area and probably feel more influence from others. But that is also where your wisdom grows over time. The report explains what to watch for in each function. How to read your work profile is on the explanation page.
Does the report say which job or role suits me?
It does not produce a job title. The report describes how you work: how you decide, how you collaborate, where your energy comes from and where you thrive. Which job or role fits that is something you weigh up yourself, using what you already know about your field and your experience. You will often recognise why an earlier role did or did not work.
Can I discuss the report with someone?
Yes. The Work Profile Extended is the basis for a conversation with a BG5 coach. The report shows what you could cover in it. The link to the free 15-minute call is above, next to the reports.
